The symposium, organised by PHOTONFOOD in collaboration with DigiFoods and FoodSafeR, focuses on:

• Novel approaches to ensure food quality and safety
• Digital solutions
• Photonic-based solutions

Researchers, professionals, and food authorities are warmly invited to join the discussions and share knowledge with ample time for networking. Poster sessions and a PHOTONFOOD prototype demonstration will facilitate the exchange of ideas.
