Progress on the MI-FI mycotoxin analyser

Hahn-Schickard and UULM are working in close cooperation to realise the first demonstrator prototype and explore dissemination and exploitation strategies for the PHOTONFOOD project.

During the first stage of the PHOTONFOOD project, general performance requirements of the Hi-Fi and Mi-Fi analyser and benchmarks to established routine laboratory analysers, such as FTIR spectrometers, are evaluated together with stakeholder derived demands.

Detection of food and feed contaminant in variable wavelength regions is evaluated together with indicative contaminant fingerprints.
