Meeting fellow scientists at the SPIE Photonics Europe

On 3-7 April 2022, the SPIE Photonics Europe conference took place in person after a long time of online conferences. It was exciting to hear interesting talks and participate in the events as well as to get to know new people offline. Scientist from the ECREAM cluster presented their projects and current research at a joint booth.

“We had discussions with many companies and researchers who are interested in food quality control and air monitoring. It was a nice experience to have a knowledge exchange with people from different photonics related areas and to learn more about our partner projects like TRIAGE, ULISSES, GRACED, and others,” writes Polina Fomina from Ulm University. “I am looking forward to the next cluster event!”
