The spectroscopy conference Colloquium Spectroscopicum Internationale XLII (CSI XLII) took place in Gijon, Asturias this year. Prof. Boris Mizaikoff (University of Ulm) gave a presentation on the PHOTONFOOD advances to an international audience of spectroscopy experts.
