China-Austria International Symposium on Grain Security

The Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, the National Engineering Laboratory of Grain Storage and Logistics, the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU), and the Austrian Competence Centre for Feed and Food Quality, Safety and Innovation(FFoQSI) jointly hold the “2021 China-Austria International Symposium on Grain Security”. In this context, Stephan Freitag (BOKU) presented on “Rapid determination of mycotoxin contamination in grain samples using infrared spectroscopy” to an international audience.
